Abstract
A lighting fixture with a linear light source in the form of light-emitting diodes has a body made of a hollow U-shaped profile (1) in the form of a strip, sealed at both ends with covers (2). Inside the body profile (1) is a light-emitting diode module in the form of a strip, located on the bottom of the profile (1). The module is covered on the side of the free ends of the longitudinal arms of the profile (1), which diverge outward, by a light-transmitting lampshade (7), which is in the form of a channel open on both sides with longitudinal side walls diverging towards their free ends. In the lower part of the arms, the body profile (1) has longitudinal mounting sockets on the inside, located opposite each other at the bottom of the profile (1), which engage in a snap-fit manner with at least the longitudinal edges of the free ends of the lampshade side walls (7).In both ends of the diffuser channel (7) there are mounted elastic plastic plugs which have an external profile corresponding to the internal profile of the diffuser channel (7) and in addition have retaining flanges directed towards the ends of the side walls of the diffuser (7) and spacer projections directed towards the covers (2) of the body and have an overflow opening (16) situated with its upper edge at a height corresponding to the maximum permissible level of the first polymer pane, constituting the first seal, which polymer fills the interior of the body profile (1) and in which the module diodes and at least the free ends of the side walls of the diffuser (7) are embedded. In addition, the circumferential gaps between the side walls of the diffuser and the longitudinal arms of the profile (1) and between the ends of the diffuser (7) and the covers (2) are filled with a second polymer, constituting the second seal.
