Rotary pressure system for measuring vibrations of ball bearings

Abstract

The subject of the application is a rotary pressure system for measuring vibrations of ball rolling bearings. The solution is characterized in that the system consists of a cylindrical head (1), at the end of which are soldered four evenly distributed profile guides (2) with two coaxial holes, into which a screw (4) is inserted, ending with a knob (5) extending above the guides (2). Each guide (2) has a slidably mounted cylindrical pressure mandrel, on one end of which a suction cup (7), preferably made of rubber, is mounted, while the other end of the pressure mandrel is flattened and has a threaded hole that cooperates with the guide screw (4) embedded in the holes of the guides (2).The cylindrical head (1) is rotatably installed together with the pressure pins (6) via a drive system (9) equipped with a slider with a threaded through hole, wherein the slider together with the cylindrical head (1) is slidably placed in the guide column (13), which has a through hole in the upper surface, while in the lower surface a blind hole, into which a screw (16) of the column guide is inserted, terminated with a knob, which screw (16) of the column guide cooperates with the threaded hole of the guide (13).
