Abstract

A device for self-service sale, especially of disposable protective clothing, in the form of a permanently closed cuboid, consisting of a metal housing (1), on the front of which there is a loading door, a payment terminal, a service door, a serving window, inside the metal housing (1) there is a storage space (19) filled with sold products in packages (8), limited from the top and sides by the walls of the housing (1), and from the bottom by the bottom of the warehouse (9), connected to a cylindrical, rotating drum (10) equipped in its cylindrical surface with recesses of dimensions not smaller than the sold products in packages (8), the drum (10) is connected to an electric motor with a gearbox (11), under the drum (10) there is a serving surface (12), inclined towards the front wall of the housing (1).It is characterized in that in the lower part of the cabinet there is a basket for used packaging (7) in the form of a drawer on linear guides placed on the housing (1), in the front of which there is at least one drop-in opening (6). The storage space (19) is divided vertically into equal parts by a movable partition parallel to the front wall of the housing (1), in such a way that the packages of the products sold in the packages (8) have a cylindrical shape, and in the storage space they are arranged on both sides of the partition so that the axes of symmetry of their packages are perpendicular to the front wall of the housing (1).A method of self-service sale, especially of disposable protective clothing, using the device described above, in which the following steps are carried out: opening the loading door, filling the sold products in packages (8), closing the loading door, supplying the device with electricity, starting the electronic controller (7) using a payment terminal, selecting the number of products in packages (8), cashless payment, starting the electric motor with a gearbox (11), stepwise rotation of the drum (10), releasing the sold product in the package (8) from the recess in the drum (10), dropping the sold product in the package (8) onto the serving surface (12), removing the sold product in the package (8) through the serving window.
