Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining a cosmetic raw material using the biomass of yeast of the Yarrowia sp. genus, in which, in the first stage, a suspension of lyophilisate of yeast of the Yarrowia sp. genus is prepared in 0.9% NaCl at a concentration of 50 g / L, the pre-prepared, metabolically active suspension of yeast cells is passaged to a multiplication medium containing 4% - 6% glycerol, 1.5% - 3.5% yeast extract, 0.5% - 1.0% ammonium sulfate, 0.5% - 0.9% magnesium sulfate, 0.4% - 0.6% potassium phosphate and supplemented to 100% with distilled water, adding to the medium a previously prepared suspension of metabolically active yeast cells of the Yarrowia sp.and the cultivation is carried out for 22 - 24 h at 30°C with mixing at 200 rpm and aeration at 50% - 60%, after which, after the cultivation is completed, the yeast biomass is separated from the propagation medium by centrifugation for 20 minutes at 4500 rpm, so that the yeast dry matter content is 70% - 80%, and the obtained biomass is transferred to a new medium and cultivated under stress conditions so that the osmotic pressure in the stress medium is increased in a cascade, the composition of which is as follows: initial glycerol concentration 5% - 7%, yeast extract 0.5% - 2%, ammonium sulfate, 0.3% - 0.6% potassium phosphate and 2% - 5%, thiamine solution with a concentration of 10 - 12 mg / L and supplemented to 100% with distilled water.
