Method of assembly and a tethered suspension bar, intended especially for fastening construction installations

Abstract

A method of assembly and a self-anchoring hanger rod intended especially for fastening light building installations, consisting of a shaft having in its upper part an expansion segment consisting of a cylindrical section (1.1) on which a sleeve is loosely mounted, and the cylindrical section (1.1) passes above into a part of a truncated cone (1.2) turned downwards with its smaller diameter being equal to the diameter of the cylindrical section (1.1) of the shaft, and the larger diameter of the cone (1.2) is also the diameter of the cylindrical section (1.21), which has a chamfer (1.22) on its upper edge, and below the expansion segment there is a locating segment shaped as a cylindrical section (1.3) with a diameter equal to the diameter of the cylinder (1.21), and the cylinder (1.3) has upper (1.31) and lower (1.32) chamfers, furthermore the locating cylinder (1.3) has a diameter equal to the diameter of the hole made in the hole. Furthermore, below the retainer (1.3) there is a guiding part of the connector which has at least one longitudinal wavy embossment (1.4) with an obtuse wave angle, and the wavy embossments in the wave crest reach the dimension of the radius of the base of the locating roller (1.3), while the last wavy embossment of the guiding segment of the shaft passes into the arc (1.5) of the arm of the working end (3), which forms a single-arm lever of the working end (3) of the connector, and the arc lever (1.5) finds contact at point (1.51) of the arc (1.5) and support inside the wall at the mouth of the hole made in the substrate to which the connector is mounted, while activating the lever by bending the working part of the self-anchoring rod to the vertical position causes the expansion sleeve to be wedged and permanently fixed.
