Abstract
The subject of the application is a method for obtaining granulated poly(methyl(meth)acrylate), which consists in dissolving from 5g to 12.5g of poly(methyl(meth)acrylate), preferably 10g, in 45 cm3 to 37.5 cm3, preferably 40 cm3 of a glyme solvent at a temperature of 45°C to 95°C, preferably 90°C, to obtain a polymer solution with a concentration of 10% to 25%, preferably 20% by weight, evaporating the monomer under a pressure of 35 mbar to 80 mbar at a temperature of 45°C, granulating it with a mixture of two solvents: a non-protic and non-polar aliphatic solvent from C-5 to C-8, with which a polar organic low-molecular-weight solvent from C-1 to C-3 is preferably mixed, cooling it to a temperature of 20°C, and then adding the solution dropwise polymer at a mixing speed of 80 rpm to 800 rpm, preferably 250 rpm, and an instillation rate of 0.2 to 5 drops per second, preferably 2 drops per second, with a granulation time of not less than 10 seconds to 24 hours, preferably 10 min, the mixture is decanted, the granulate is dried under reduced pressure of 2 mbar to 10 mbar, preferably 6 mbar, at a temperature of 20°C to 25°C, preferably 20°C.,
