Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining a targeted biopreparation and a biopreparation that is intended to counteract the development of bitter apple rot (Bull's Eye Rot), caused by phytopathogens from the Neofabraea spp. group (syn. Pezicula, Phlyctema, Gloeosporium). The biopreparation is intended for use in both field cultivation and in apple storage. The application is characterized by the use of three bacterial isolates of Bacillus velezensis selected from the rhizosphere of apple trees: B134 / 22, B233 / 22, and B267 / 22. Additionally, the biopreparation uses one fungal isolate, Trichoderma koningiopsis G779 / 22, also selected from the rhizosphere of apple trees. The biopreparation contains a supplementary mixture that includes D-ribose, D-xylose, D-trehalose, D-aspartate, and guanosine. The application also concerns a method of protection against the aforementioned phytopathogen from the Neofabraea spp. group using the biopreparation.
