Abstract

The subject of the invention are nanometallic catalysts for the synthesis of selected derivatives of 1,3-dioxolanes in the form of an active layer deposited on a catalyst support, characterized in that the catalyst support is selected from the group of metal alloys: MoNi(5:15), MoNiFe(5:25:10), TiMoNi(15:10:5), FeMoNi(5:5:10) in the amount of the share in the alloy of individual metals for Mo 12.5-33.3 wt.%, for Ni 16.7-75 wt.%, for Fe 12.5-25 wt.%, for Ti up to 50 wt.%, calculated on the weight of the entire catalyst, while the active layer is made of rhenium (Re) or ruthenium (Ru) nanoparticles in the amount of 0.015-4.8 wt.%. based on the mass of the entire catalyst, where the specific surface area (SBET) of the carriers determined based on the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller isotherm ranges from 0.35 to 1.89 [m2 / g].The subject of the invention is also a method for producing nanometallic catalysts for the synthesis of selected 1,3-dioxolane derivatives in the form of an active layer deposited on a catalyst support and the use of nanometallic catalysts for the synthesis of 1,3-dioxolane derivatives.
