Abstract
The subject of the application is a device for assembling artificial Christmas trees equipped with a control system with a controller cooperating with a computer, in which the track frame (1) has guides for the trolley rollers (11), two longitudinal toothed bars cooperating with the geared wheels of the gear motor mounted to the trolley (11) and a rail with inductive sensors mounted in the corresponding sliders, in the lower central part of the trolley frame (11) a belt conveyor is mounted, and on the trolley frame (11) between the belt conveyor and the housing a chain conveyor module (38) is mounted, consisting of two parallel chains moving on guides in a triangle, in which two gears mounted on a common shaft in the upper vertices of the triangle are passive gears and the gear wheel in the lower vertex of the triangle is an active drive wheel, every second outer link of each chain is bent and equipped with a fork for twigs, and a beam with inductive sensors is mounted between the chain guides, wherein the chain conveyor module (38) is controlled by a drive comprising a claw clutch driving the shaft of the active drive wheels connected to a servo drive by means of a planetary gear, furthermore, at the end of the chain conveyor module (38) in the front of the device there is a socket for attaching twigs to the fir tree trunk (91), and the device also has a tailstock module for rotary support of one end of the horizontally mounted free fir tree trunk (91) and a driven spindle module (75) for attaching the other end of the fir tree trunk (91) and controlling the switching on, rotational speed and direction of rotation of the fir tree trunk (91).,
