Feed raw material extruder

Abstract

The subject of the application is an extruder for carrying out double extrusion of feed raw material comprising a cylindrical chamber, inside which there is a screw with a compression section, and the chamber has an inlet at one end, above which there is a material loading hopper, and furthermore, the screw core has a flat end and in the end part of the core there is an extrusion channel. The extruder is characterized in that a head (4) with a conical chamber (5) is mounted on the other end of the cylindrical chamber (1), and an outlet opening (9) is at the top of the conical chamber (5) of the head (4). Inside the conical chamber (5) of the head (4), there is a retaining edge (10) on the side wall, against which the flat end (7) of the screw core (6) (2) rests. The outlet from the extrusion channel (8) is directed into the interior of the conical chamber (5) of the head (4).
