Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL AREA
[0001] The present invention relates to a wall anchor according to claim 1 and an arrangement with the wall anchor according to claim 10. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] Mounting frames for storing sanitary ware are known from the prior art. Such mounting frames are typically attached to a fixed supporting structure, such as a building wall, using an anchor screw and a wall anchor.
[0003] DE 299 16 234 U1 discloses a quick-release fastening system in which a C-rail is attached to a wall. An angle bracket is connected to the C-rail via a screw connection. The screw connection must be tightened securely with a tool.
[0004] A structure very similar to that of DE 299 16 234 U1 has been disclosed in DE 92 08 413 U1. Here, a hook-head screw is inserted into the profile rail. The hook-head screw is secured with a nut and a washer.
[0005] The aforementioned fastening concepts have the disadvantage that the assembly of the structures is very complex and several elements have to be operated to fasten the anchor screw. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0006] Based on this prior art, the invention is based on the objective of providing a wall anchor that overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, a preferred objective is to provide a wall anchor that can be easily connected to a profile rail without tools.
[0007] This problem is solved by a wall anchor according to claim 1. Accordingly, a wall anchor comprises an anchor plate with a front surface and a rear surface, a fastening section projecting from the front surface of the anchor plate, which extends along a central axis and which has a threaded structure for receiving an anchor screw, and two hooks projecting from the rear surface of the anchor plate, wherein the hooks are designed or provided in such a way that the wall anchor can be firmly connected to the profile rail with respect to forces acting in the direction of the central axis.
[0008] The arrangement of the hooks offers the advantage of allowing a connection to the profile rail without the need for tools. The wall anchor can thus be easily and securely attached to the profile rail.
[0009] In other words, the hooks engage with the projections of the profile rail in such a way that the engagement remains secure even when a force is applied in the direction of the central axis. Therefore, there is no displacement between the wall anchor and the profile rail. The force can be applied towards the profile rail or away from the profile rail onto the wall anchor.
[0010] The two hooks are spaced apart from each other, such that the hooks engage on two different sides of the profile rail.
[0011] The two hooks each have an undercut, with each undercut accommodating a projection of the profile rail.
[0012] The hooks are designed in such a way that the projections of the profile rail are gripped by the hooks.
[0013] Preferably, the hooks and the projections are designed such that the hook is displaceable in the direction of the profile axis of the profile rail when connected to the profile rail.
[0014] Preferably, the hooks are designed such that the wall anchor has a groove around the
[0015] The central axis allows the hook to be inserted into the profile rail via a pivoting movement. This ensures that the hook can be mounted perpendicular to the profile rail without further deflection.
[0016] Preferably, the pivoting movement is a pivoting movement through an angle of 10° to 45°.
[0017] Preferably, the two hooks are arranged opposite each other with respect to the central axis. Each hook has a hook base extending away from the back surface and a hook section adjoining the hook base and extending away from the hook base at an angle. The hook section extends outwards from the hook base with respect to the central axis.
[0018] The base and section of the hook define the aforementioned undercut or receiving space for accommodating the cantilever of the profile rail. This undercut or receiving space is open to the outside, i.e., away from the central axis.
[0019] Preferably one of the hooks has a hook base that is convexly curved around the central axis, and the other of the hooks preferably has a hook base that is designed as a flat surface.
[0020] During the swiveling movement, the convexly curved hook base can roll on the overhang.
[0021] Preferably, at least one of the hooks has a stop surface that is oriented substantially perpendicular to the central axis. The stop surface allows the wall anchor to engage with a base leg of the profile rail located between the two projections. The stop surface is essentially adjacent to the hook section.
[0022] Preferably, both hooks each have a stop surface which lies in a common plane extending perpendicular to the central axis.
[0023] Preferably, a free space is arranged between the two hooks. This free space is bounded by the back surface of the anchor plate and laterally by the two hooks. The free space has the advantage that the screw head of a fastening screw, used to attach the profile rail to a supporting structure, can protrude into the space.
[0024] Preferably, the anchor plate has a side surface between the front surface and the back surface, wherein the side surface of one of the hooks is formed as a rounded shape and wherein the side surface of the other hook is formed with a first surface section and a second surface section, wherein the two surface sections are flat surfaces that are inclined at an angle to each other.
[0025] The curve and the two flat sections allow the aforementioned pivoting movement when inserting the wall anchor. The angle between the two flat surface sections preferably corresponds to the pivoting angle by which the wall anchor is pivoted during mounting on the profile rail.
[0026] Preferably, the central axis and the fastening section are located closer to one of the two hooks than to the other. In other words, the fastening section is positioned asymmetrically between the two hooks.
[0027] Preferably, the anchor plate has an area in which neither the two hooks nor the fastening section are located, such that a through-hole for a screw can be made in said area. This offers the advantage that the wall anchor can be fastened to the supporting structure with a single screw. This means the wall anchor can be used without the profile rail mentioned below, which increases its range of applications.
[0028] Preferably, the fastening section has a length of 25 to 100 millimeters from the front surface to its free end.
[0029] Preferably, the wall anchor is formed in one piece. Preferably, the wall anchor is made of metal, in particular of die-cast zinc. However, the wall anchor can also be made of plastic, in particular of fiber-reinforced or glass-fiber-reinforced plastic.
[0030] An assembly comprises a wall anchor as described above and a profile rail. The profile rail has a base leg and two side legs projecting from the base leg. Each side leg has a projection extending into the area between the two side legs, into which the aforementioned hooks engage.
[0031] The overhang extends over the entire length of the profile rail. The overhang has a shape that corresponds to the shape of the hook, so that the hook can accommodate the overhang. The inner shape of the hook essentially corresponds to the outer shape of the overhang.
[0032] Preferably, the base leg is essentially flat and the cantilever is directly connected to the base leg. The side leg extends from the cantilever as a flat leg, preferably at an angle of 90° to the base leg.
[0033] Preferably, the base leg has a plurality of openings through which a fastening screw can be passed, with the screw head lying between the two projections.
[0034] Preferably, the fastening section projects out of the space between the two side legs. The fastening section thus extends beyond the profile. Particularly preferably, the threaded structure is located essentially outside the interior.
[0035] Preferably, the contact surface of the at least one hook comes into contact with the base leg. Preferably, a clamping effect is provided.
[0036] Preferably, the arrangement further comprises a base rail and a mounting frame. The base rail has a receiving space, and the mounting frame can be placed into the receiving space with at least one support leg. The mounting frame is pivotable relative to the base rail, with at least one anchor screw rotatably mounted in a fastening opening at the upper end of the mounting frame, the anchor screw engaging with the threaded structure. Preferably, two anchor screws and two wall anchors are arranged per mounting frame.
[0037] The mounting frame preferably has fastening structures for attaching at least one sanitary item, such as a toilet bowl, a washbasin, a urinal, a cistern, etc.
[0038] Further embodiments are specified in the dependent claims. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EXECUTION FORMS
[0040] The Figures 1 to 4 The figures show different views of the wall anchor 1 according to the invention. The wall anchor 1 comprises an anchor plate 2, a fastening section 5 and two hooks 8, 9.
[0041] The anchor plate 2 comprises a front surface 3 and a rear surface 4. The front surface 3 and the rear surface 4 are connected to a side surface 13.
[0042] The mounting section 5 projects from the front surface 3 along a central axis M. The anchor plate 2 and the mounting section 5 are formed as a single unit. In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting section 5 has the shape of a cylinder. An opening 23 extends through the mounting section in the direction of the central axis M. The opening 23 serves to receive an anchor screw 7 with which a mounting frame 25 can be attached to the wall anchor 1. The anchor screw 7 and the mounting frame 25 are inserted into the Figures 10 and 12 shown.
[0043] The fastening section 5 further features a threaded structure 6 into which the anchor bolt 7 can be screwed. The threaded structure 6 is part of a bracket element 33, which can be inserted radially into the opening 23, allowing the threaded structure 6 to be moved from an engagement position to a quick-adjustment position. In the engagement position, the threaded structure 6 is positioned within the opening 23 such that the anchor bolt 7 can be screwed into it. In the quick-adjustment position, the threaded structure 6 is positioned outside the opening 23, allowing the anchor bolt 7 to be displaced along a longitudinal movement relative to the opening 23.
[0044] The two hooks 8 and 9 are positioned as shown in the Figures 1 to 4The two hooks 8 and 9 are designed such that the wall anchor 1 can be connected to the projections 21 of a profile rail 19. The connection is such that the connection between the wall anchor 1 and the profile rail 19 is rigid with respect to forces acting in the direction of the central axis M. In the installed state, the wall anchor 1 is rigidly connected to the profile rail 19 via its projections 21 with respect to forces acting in the direction of the central axis M.
[0045] Hooks 8 and 9 are designed such that the wall anchor 1 can be inserted into the profile rail 18 by means of a pivoting movement about the central axis M. Figures 5 to 9 This pivoting movement will be shown in more detail. The wall anchor 1 is oriented as shown in the Figures 5 and 6 As shown, it is inserted into the profile rail 18. The wall anchor 1 is then pivoted about the central axis M. In the Figure 7An intermediate position is shown during the panning maneuver. In the Figure 8 The wall anchor 1 is shown in its fully assembled position. In the assembled or inserted position, the hooks 8 and 9 engage the projection 21, thus achieving the connection described above.
[0046] From the representations according to the Figures 4 and 9 The shape of the two hooks 8 and 9 will now be explained. The hooks 8 and 9 are arranged opposite each other with respect to the central axis M. Each of the hooks 8 and 9 has a hook base 10 extending away from the rear surface 4. From the hook base 10, a hook section 11 extends radially outwards from the central axis M at an angle to the central axis M. The hook base 10 and the hook section 11 each form a receiving space or an undercut that accommodates the projection 21.
[0047] One of the two hooks, hook 8 in the figures, has a hook base 10 that is convexly curved around the central axis. The pivoting movement is achieved via this convexly curved hook base 10, as shown above. Figures 5 to 8 explained, detailed. The other of the two hooks, hook 9 in the figures, has a hook base 10 designed as a flat surface.
[0048] In the illustrated embodiment, both hooks 8, 9 have a stop surface 26 which is oriented essentially perpendicular to the central axis M. The wall anchor 1 rests on a base leg 19 of the profile rail 18 with its stop surface 26.
[0049] The hooks 8, 9 are arranged such that there is a free space 12 between the two hooks 8, 9, which is located in the Figures 4 and 9As can be seen, the arrangement is as follows. Hooks 8 and 9 are positioned differently from each other. The free space 12 has the advantage that the screw head 27 of a fastening screw 28, with which the profile rail 18 is attached to a support structure, can protrude into the space 12. In other words, this means that the wall anchor 1 on the profile rail 18 can be positioned independently of the positioning of the fastening screw 28.
[0050] In the illustrated embodiment, the side surface 13 of the hook 8 is formed as a rounded shape. Preferably, the side surface 13 of the hook is formed as a rounded shape, which has the convexly rounded hook base 10. The side surface 13 of the hook 9 has a first surface section 15 and a second surface section 16. The two surface sections 15 and 16 are designed as flat surface sections that are inclined at an angle to each other. When the wall anchor 1 is inserted into the profile rail 18, the first surface section 15 runs parallel to a side leg 20 of the profile rail 18 before the wall anchor 1 is pivoted. After the wall anchor 1 has been pivoted, the second surface section 16 runs parallel to said side leg 20.
[0051] From the side views of the Figures 4 and 9 It can also be seen that the fastening section 5 is located closer to hook 8 than to hook 9.
[0052] Furthermore, the anchor plate 8 has an area 29 in which neither the two hooks 8, 9 nor the fastening section 5 is located. This allows an installer to provide a through-hole in area 29 in order to fasten the wall anchor 1 without the profile rail 18 using a screw (not shown in the figures).
[0053] The fastening section 5 has a length of 25 to 100 millimeters from the front surface 3 to its free end 17. In other embodiments, the fastening section 5 can also be longer or shorter.
[0054] An arrangement, as in the Figures 5 to 9As shown, the profile rail 18 comprises at least one wall anchor 1. The profile rail 18 has a base leg 19 and two side legs 20 projecting from the base leg 19. Each of the side legs 20 has a projection 21. The projection 21 extends into the area between the two side legs 20.
[0055] The base leg 19 is essentially flat and, in its installed position, rests flat on the supporting structure. The base leg 19 typically has a multitude of openings 22. Each opening 22 serves to accommodate a fastening screw 28, the screw head 29 of which is located between the two projections 21.
[0056] In the Figures 10 to 12A further development of the arrangement is shown. This further development of the arrangement comprises a base rail 30 and a mounting frame 25. The base rail 30 has a receiving space 31 and is typically permanently mounted on a building floor. Preferably, the base rail 30 and the profile rail 18 are identical. The mounting frame 25 has at least one foot support 32. The mounting frame 25 is placed in the receiving space 31 with its at least one foot support 25 and is then pivoted towards the profile rail 18. At its upper end, the mounting frame 25 has at least one fastening opening 32, into which an anchor screw 7 is inserted. Here, two fastening openings 32 are provided for two anchor screws 7. The anchor screw 7 engages with a wall anchor 1 as described above. The anchor screw 7 engages with the threaded structure 6 of the wall anchor 1.During the assembly of the mounting frame 25, the at least one wall anchor 1 is pivoted together with the mounting frame 25 towards the profile rail 18. The pivot axis of the mounting frame 25 lies in the base rail 30. The at least one wall anchor 1 is thereby, as in the . Figure 6 As shown, the mounting frame 25 is moved into the profile rail 18 via its pivoting motion. The at least one wall anchor 1 can then be connected to the profile rail 18 via the above-described and into the Figure 6 and 7 The shown pivoting movement around the central axis M is connected.
[0057] In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting frame 25 comprises two vertical supports 34 positioned relative to each other, which are connected via crossbeams 35. The crossbeams 35 have fastening structures 36, such as threaded openings or the like, to which a sanitary fitting can be attached.
