[0001] The present invention relates to the field of assemblies comprising an electrical cut-off device of the NH fuse disconnector type and a locking accessory.
[0002] A locking accessory is already known which makes it possible to prevent unauthorized operation of an electrical switchgear of the NH fuse disconnector type. This locking accessory comprises a coupling portion intended to be coupled with the base of the electrical switchgear of the NH fuse disconnector type and a padlocking portion which makes it possible to receive a padlock.
[0003] However, the installation of this locking accessory requires opening and dismantling the fuse holder of the NH fuse disconnect switch type electrical switchgear to first couple the coupling portion to the base of the electrical switchgear, then to make holes in the fuse holder cover and finally to pass the padlocking portion through the holes in the fuse holder cover to allow the padlocking portion to protrude from the front face of the cover. As a result, for safety reasons, it is necessary to turn off the power supply to the NH fuse disconnect switch type electrical switchgear when installing the locking accessory, which is not satisfactory.Furthermore, installing the locking accessory is particularly tedious for the installer who must remove the fuse holder cover and modify it by making holes in it.

Claims
1. Assembly comprising an electrical cut-off device (1) of the NH fuse disconnector type and a locking accessory (2) comprising at least one coupling portion (3) and one padlocking portion (4), said electrical cut-off device (1) comprising at least: - a fuse holder (5) comprising a cover (6) comprising a front face (7) and a receiving face (8) arranged to receive at least one fuse, - a base (9) comprising at least one receiving zone (10) arranged to receive at least in part said at least one fuse holder (5), the fuse holder (5) being movable relative to the base (9) at least between a so-called closed contact position (PON), in which said at least one fuse holder (5) is received at least in part in said receiving zone (10) so that the receiving face (8) is arranged on the side of said receiving zone (10), and a so-called open contact position (PPARK),wherein said at least one fuse holder (5) is arranged above said receiving area (10) so that the front face (7) is arranged on the side of said receiving area (10), said base (9) comprises at least one coupling area (12) of said locking accessory (2) arranged to allow coupling with the coupling portion (3) in a coupling position (PC), said assembly is, characterized in that: said cover (6) comprises at least one passage (11) arranged to allow said locking accessory (2) to pass through said cover (6) in a direction of movement (D1) at least in one direction of insertion (SI), said passage (11) and said coupling zone (12) being substantially aligned in the so-called closed contact position (PON) and in the so-called open contact position (PPARK), said locking accessory (2) is removable from said electrical switching apparatus (1) and is configured to pass through said passage (11) so that in the coupling position (PC), the coupling portion (3) is mechanically connected with said coupling zone (12) and the padlocking portion (4) is at least partly protruding from the cover (6) so as to allow the installation of a padlock.

Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the coupling portion (3) comprises a first locking member (13), in thatthe coupling zone (12) comprises a second locking member (14), and in that in the coupling position (PC), said first locking member (13) and said second locking member (14) are mechanically connected to each other preferably by form fit, for example by clipping, to prevent the locking accessory (2) from moving in a withdrawal direction (SR) opposite to the insertion direction (SI) in the casting position (PC).
3. Assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that the first locking member (13) comprises a first through opening (15) or blind opening and in that the second locking member (14) comprises at least one hook (16).

Assembly according to any one of claims 2 to 3, characterized in thatthe coupling zone (12) comprises a stop (17) configured to abut against a free end (18a) of the coupling portion (3) so as to prevent movement in the direction of movement (D1) of the locking accessory (2) in the direction of insertion (SI) in the coupling position (PC).
5. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the padlocking portion (4) comprises at least one first orifice (19) arranged to be crossed by a hoop of said padlock in the coupling position (PC).

Assembly according to claim 5, characterized in thatthe padlocking portion (4) comprises the first orifice (19) and a second orifice (20) at a distance from each other, the first orifice (19) being arranged to be crossed by said arch of said padlock in the coupling position (PC) and in the so-called closed contact position (PON), and the second orifice (20) being arranged to be crossed by said arch of said padlock in the coupling position (PC) and in the so-called open contact position (PPARK).
7. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said locking accessory (2) comprises at least a first marking (21) configured to represent the direction of insertion of said locking accessory (2) through said passage (11).
8. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in thatsaid cover (6) or said base (9) comprises a storage housing (22) configured to store said locking accessory (2) in said cover (6) or in said base (9) in a storage position (PS) of the locking accessory (2).

Electrical switching apparatus (1) of the NH fuse disconnector type for an assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising at least: - a fuse holder (5) comprising a cover (6) comprising a front face (7) and a receiving face (8) arranged to receive at least one fuse, - a base (9) comprising at least one receiving zone (10) arranged to receive at least in part said at least one fuse holder (5), the fuse holder (5) being movable relative to the base (9) at least between a so-called closed contact position (PON), in which said at least one fuse holder (5) is received at least in part in said receiving zone (10) so that the receiving face (8) is arranged on the side of said receiving zone (10), and a so-called open contact position (PPARK),wherein said at least one fuse holder (5) is arranged above said receiving area (10) so that the front face (7) is arranged on the side of said receiving area (10), said base (9) comprises at least one coupling area (12) of said locking accessory (2) arranged to allow coupling with the coupling portion (3) in the coupling position (PC), said electrical cut-off apparatus (1) is, characterized in that said cover (6) comprises at least one passage (11) arranged to allow said locking accessory (2) to pass through said cover (6) in a direction of movement (D1) at least in one direction of insertion (SI), said passage (11) and said coupling zone (12) being substantially aligned in the so-called closed contact position (PON) and in the so-called open contact position (PPARK).
10. Locking accessory (2) arranged to cooperate with an electrical cut-off device (1) according to claim 9, comprising at least one coupling portion (3) and one padlocking portion (4), said locking accessory (2) is characterized in that said locking accessory (2) is arranged to be removable from said electrical cut-off device (1) and is configured to pass through said passage (11) so that in the coupling position (PC), the coupling portion (3) is mechanically connected with said coupling zone (12) and the padlocking portion (4) is at least partly protruding from the cover (6) to allow the installation of a padlock.
11. Locking accessory (2) according to claim 10, characterized in that the locking accessory (2) is a tab and has a substantially flat shape.
