Abstract
The subject of the application is a contrast agent (SPION / HA-FA) consisting of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) surface-stabilized with low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (HA) with covalently attached folic acid (FA) and a method for obtaining it. The contrast agent is particularly well suited for imaging tumors using nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
