System and method for producing a colouring and flavouring solution

Abstract

The system for producing a dyeing and flavoring solution from a liquid dyeing preparation comprises a pre-mixer (I) with an inlet (1) for a liquid dyeing preparation and an inlet (2) for compressed air, and an outlet (3) for a pre-comminuted mixture with a pipe, a grinding device (II) constituting a body with an inlet (6) for superheated steam, an inlet (7) for a pre-comminuted mixture supplied through a pipe and an inlet (8) for compressed air, and an outlet (9) for the ground mixture through a pipe, and a final mixer (III) with an inlet (11) for the ground mixture supplied through a pipe, having an inlet (12) for superheated steam and an outlet (13) for the ground dyeing and flavoring solution.The method for producing a redispersible and aromatizing solution from a liquid dyeing preparation comprises the steps of: a liquid dyeing preparation and compressed air are fed to a preliminary mixer to produce a pre-comminuted mixture, the pre-comminuted mixture is fed to a grinding device through which superheated steam flows, where compressed air is simultaneously supplied for further mixing and grinding of the particles of the dyeing preparation, and then the resulting finely ground mixture is fed to a final mixer, where the mixture is contacted for further grinding with superheated steam supplied via a pipeline, obtaining a redispersible and aromatizing solution at the outlet of the final mixer.
