Abstract
The subject of the application is a device for hydroforming a two-layer plate containing circulation channels. The device (100) for hydroforming a two-layer plate containing circulation channels has a frame (20) in which a rectangular fixed lower pressure plate (30) and a rectangular movable upper pressure plate (40) are horizontally mounted, between which the plate is placed during the hydroforming process. The device (100) is provided with a hydraulic system (50) and a hydrodynamic system (60), as well as means for moving the upper pressure plate (40) relative to the lower pressure plate (30), means for fixing the edge of the plate, means for setting the distance between the lower pressure plate (30) and the upper pressure plate (40), and means for fixing the upper pressure plate (40) in the operating position.The device is characterized in that the upper pressure plate (40) is rotatably placed in the frame (20) of the device (100) on a pin mounted in first holes in the arms of the upper pressure plate (40), located between the guides extending from the frame (20) of the device (100). The diameter of the first holes and the diameter of the pin are the same, and the guides have second holes in the shape of two non-coaxial circles of the same diameter, equal to the diameter of the pin, the centers of which lie on a line perpendicular to the plane of the lower pressure plate (30) and whose circles are connected by tangents, and the upper pressure plate (40) can move on the pin in the holes of the second guides.The upper pressure plate (40) comprises side arms (45) located at the ends of both sides thereof perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pin and connected by main actuators (46) to the frame (20) of the device (100), constituting means for moving the upper pressure plate (40) relative to the lower pressure plate (30).
