Abstract

The subject of the application, schematically illustrated in the drawing, is a method for detecting an employee in industrial machinery or systems using Bluetooth Low Energy technology and processing this information along with the status of the machine or industrial system. The application enables the detection of an employee's presence near a machine, robotic system, or production line. It also describes combining information about the operator's presence with the status of the production device for detailed analysis of the current state and production history. The operator detection method involves equipping the operator with a device communicating via the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol and placing a device or multiple devices operating in scanning mode stationarily on the production floor, capable of receiving a signal from the operator's transmitting device.
