Abstract

The subject of the application is a high-frequency ultrasonic transducer (converter) with a resonance frequency above 60 kHz and high power from 300 W to 1200 W used for atomization, welding, welding, cutting, etc. The ultrasonic transducer has a rear waveguide (2), a front waveguide (6), and a middle waveguide (5), wherein between the waveguides there are ceramic piezoelectric rings with conductive spacers, characterized in that the ceramic piezoelectric rings (4) and the conductive spacers (3) have an opening through which the upper connector (1) and the lower connector (7) pass, which are then attached to the middle waveguide (5).
