Drying chamber for drying materials

Abstract

A drying chamber for drying materials comprises a housing (1), an inlet (5) and an outlet (6) for the material to be dried and is equipped with at least one scraper conveyor (2) with at least one heated trough (3) located inside the chamber, wherein the inlet (5) of the material to be dried into the chamber is in the upper part of the housing (1) and its outlet (6) is in the lower part of the housing (1). Preferably, the trough (3) has an arc-shaped cross-section and the scrapers (4) are in the form of plates.
