Abstract

The method for combining various plastic materials to produce multi-composite, hygienic pallets with enhanced performance involves placing an openwork, rectangular plastic pallet base in a frame, on which at least five lengths of steel wire wound into a spiral are placed parallel to the shorter side of the pallet base. Next, a uniform pallet top, made of a plastic material different from the pallet base, is placed on the pallet base in the frame. The prepared pallet is then placed on a set of pneumatic pressure beams, and each spiral is connected to an individual heating system. The three-stage process of connecting the top to the pallet base begins.After the joining process is completed, the pallet cools down under pressure until the plastics from which the top and base of the pallet are made are joined. Then the finished pallet is disconnected from the heating system, removed from the frame, cleaned of unnecessary wire remnants and left to cool completely.
