Container lifting / lowering system

Abstract

The subject of the application is a container lifting / lowering system, which is an autonomous set for reloading (lifting and lowering) a container without additional reloading means, remotely controlled by an operator. The container lifting / lowering system is a parallelogram formed by a pocket (1), upper brackets (2), lower brackets (3), and a lifting cylinder (4). The upper brackets (2) are pivotally mounted at the top of the pocket (1) on pins (7) and also pivotally on pins (8) in the lifting cylinder. The lower brackets (3) are pivotally mounted on pins (9) in the lower part of the pocket (1) and pivotally mounted at the other end on pins (10) in the lifting cylinder. The container (15) has four such individual component systems at each corner of the container (15). The lifting cylinders (4) rest with their lower ends on the bases (16).Near the pin (10) securing the lower bracket (3) in the lifting cylinder (4), a strut (6) is pivotally mounted on a pin (13). Above the mounting point of the lower bracket (3), a bumper (14) is attached in a pocket (1), with which the strut (6) cooperates — its upper end rests on the bumper (14) when lifting the container (15). In the strut (6), near the middle of its length, the end of the extension cylinder (5) is mounted on a pin (12), and the other end of the extension cylinder (5) is mounted in a pocket (1) on a pin (11) near the pin (7) of the suspension of the upper bracket (2).
