Abstract
The subject of the application is the use of 7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carboxylic acid allyl ester as a fluorescent dye for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of human and animal living normal and cancer cells exposed to drugs in vitro. The use of the ester also enables the differentiation of cancer cells from normal cells using fluorescent techniques.
