Abstract
The subject of the application is a method for producing nanostructured lead oxide by an industrial method using lead oxide previously produced in a Barton reactor, which is characterized in that lead oxide with a particle size of 5000 - 7000 nm is placed in a container and isopropanol is added in a weight ratio of 25% - 35% of lead oxide and 65% - 75% of isopropanol and mixed for 5 - 10 minutes, then the obtained mixture is placed in the process chamber of an attrition mill equipped with fine grinding media with a diameter of 0.3 - 0.4 mm in an amount of 3.65 - 3.70 kg / l of the mixture and a separator with a slot size of 0.15 - 0.20 mm and at the speed of the mixer of this mill at a level of 2900 - 3200 l / min, this mixture is ground for 120 - 130 minutes at a temperature of 25°C - 35°C and under pressure of 0.05 - 0.15 bar, obtaining a mixture containing nanostructured lead oxide with a particle size of 80 - 120 nm,then the mixture is removed from the process chamber of the attrition mill and subjected to a drying process until the isopropanol is completely evaporated, obtaining granulated particles of nanostructured lead oxide with a size of 80 nm - 120 nm,
