Multi-column ultrasonic transducer

Abstract

The subject of the application is a high-power multi-column ultrasonic transducer, used, among others, for atomization, welding, cutting, etc. The ultrasonic transducer is characterized in that it has at least two transducers, each of which has at least one piezoelectric ring with at least one conductive spacer, and at the end there is an end waveguide, and the elements are mounted on a screw that is screwed into the output waveguide, while each of the at least two output waveguides is in the form of a rectangle with a square base, a symmetrical polygon, or a cylinder with a threaded hole drilled in the center of symmetry, and the output waveguides are located symmetrically in close proximity to each other, and have been assembled with the booster (11) by making them as one uniform block of material without additional assembly, wherein the output waveguides in their outline protrude beyond the outline of the booster base (11) to the extent of up to ½ of its diameter,while the booster (11) is made in the form of a cylinder with a cone at the end with a threaded hole for screwing on ultrasonic tools, while the final waveguides are made in the form of a cylinder with a hole drilled in the axis of symmetry through which the screws that screw the piezoceramic rings to the output waveguide pass.,
