Abstract

The subject of the application is a biogas installation, especially for operation on substrates containing biological waste, including sludge from sewage treatment plants, and a method for obtaining biogas from organic pollutants. In a biogas installation, especially for operation on substrates containing biological waste, an activated sludge collector (D) comes out of the primary settling tank (4), which connects the internal spaces of the settling tank (4a), the gravity thickener (4b) and the belt thickener (4c) with the equalization tank (4d), wherein the secondary settling tank (6) also has a hydraulic connection with the equalization tank (4d) and an indirect hydraulic connection with the equalization tank (4d) by means of a hydraulic return connection (E), the outlet of which enters the internal space of the belt thickener (4c), in addition, the outlet of the connection with the solid substrate storage tank (11) enters the equalization tank (4d), while a hydraulic connection with the hydrolyzer (8) comes out of the equalization tank (4d) with an outlet entering the interior of the linear fermentation chamber (9) equipped with a connection with a drainage (F), from which the digestate exits the installation.A cleaning chamber (10) is located at the junction of the activated sludge chamber (5) with the secondary settling tank (6). The gas space of the linear digester chamber (9) is connected to the cogenerator (12).
