Abstract

The subject of the application shown in the drawing is a system for recovering water from the rinsing processes of technological filters of a water treatment installation, consisting of a preliminary tank, an ultrafiltration device, a filtrate tank, a reverse osmosis device and a technological water storage tank, which are connected to each other by a pipeline, characterized in that it consists of the following sections connected to each other by a pipeline: a preliminary section, an ultrafiltration section and a reverse osmosis section, where: the preliminary section consists of a pipeline for transporting sewage, one end of which is a connection to the water treatment installation and the other end leads to a preliminary buffer tank, which is connected to the ultrafiltration section by a pipeline with a treated sewage pump,wherein a coagulant dosing pump connected to the coagulant tank and a first acid dosing pump connected to the first acid tank are connected at the outlet of the preliminary buffer tank, the ultrafiltration section is an ultrafiltration system connected by a pipeline to the filtrate tank, said ultrafiltration system consisting of a self-rinsing prefilter, membrane modules and a feed pump connected by pipes; the reverse osmosis section consists of a pipeline with a filtrate pump that connects the filtrate tank to a reverse osmosis system consisting of a high-pressure pump and filtration modules in the form of osmotic membranes connected by pipes to an antiscalant dosing pump connected to the antiscalant tank, said reverse osmosis system being connected by a pipeline to a storage tank and a hydrophore,the storage tank is additionally connected to a second dosing pump for the agent increasing the pH and a second storage tank for the agent increasing the pH of the process water,
