Abstract

The method of producing biodegradable material consists in the fact that it comprises three stages, in the first stage, a deep eutectic solvent DES is created by mixing at least two compounds: choline chloride, glycerol, lactic acid and / or their mixtures in molar proportions of 1:2, 1:1:1 at a temperature of 50°C to 70°C until a clear liquid is obtained at room temperature, excess water is removed, in the second stage, an ex-DES plant extract is prepared by mixing the deep eutectic solvent DES obtained in the first stage in an amount of 10 ml to 150 ml with dried and crushed plant material in an amount of 0.1 g to 5.0 g, while maintaining the mass to volume ratio of DES from 1:2 to 1:200, extraction is carried out at a temperature of 50°C to 90°C for 1 to 4 hours with constant stirring, the obtained solution is centrifuged and filtered, and the obtained extract is cooled at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C,in the third stage, distilled water in an amount of 30 ml to 70 ml is mixed with polysaccharide in an amount of 0.3 g to 2.1 g and preferably from 0.2 ml to 0.7 ml of concentrated 99.5% to 99.9% organic acid, the process is carried out for up to 24 hours, from 20% by weight to 60% by weight of ex-DES (plant extract with deep eutectic solvent) obtained in the second stage, in relation to the dry mass of the polysaccharide used, is added to the solution thus obtained, mixed for up to 1 hour, cooled at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C for up to 24 hours, the solution is poured onto a dish covered with a layer of beeswax and left until the solvent evaporates completely.,
