The subject of the application is an optical signaling device, in particular a railway signaling device, comprising a shield and a plurality of LEDs and lenses associated therewith, characterized in that it comprises: a central optical system (1) located in the central part of the shield and comprising at least one central lens and at least one central LED. A filler system (2) comprising a plurality of lenses and a plurality of LEDs, wherein the filler system (2) is arranged around the central optical system (1) on the surface of the shield. A perimeter system (3) comprising at least one lens and at least one LED, wherein the lenses of the perimeter system (3) have a beam angle wider than the lenses of the filler system (2), wherein the perimeter system (3) is arranged around the filler system (2) on the perimeter surface of the shield.A controller connected to the LEDs of the central optical system (1), the filler system (2), and the edge system (3), configured to independently control the intensity of each LED.
