Layered building element

Abstract

The subject of the application is a layered building element for the construction of external and internal walls, ceilings, and roofs, comprising an insulating layer and at least one metal casing layer, wherein between the casing layer and the insulating layer there is an adhesive layer that connects both layers. The layered building element comprising an insulating layer (3) made of mineral fibers bound with a binder (4) and at least one metal casing layer (1) placed on the insulating layer (3), wherein between the metal casing layer (1) and the insulating layer there is an adhesive layer (4), characterized in that the outer metal casing layer (1) is connected to the inner casing layer (2) by an adhesive (4) located in openings by stitching the insulating layer (3) throughout its entire thickness or by partially embedding it in its structure on one or both sides.The insulating layer (3) is connected to the outer metal shielding layer (1) by means of a binder (4) applied in dotted corners. The distances between the holes in the x and y directions are 30 <a<200 mm i 30<b<200 mm.
