Abstract

The subject of the application is an absorbent dressing integrated with a bandage, comprising an absorbent dressing in the form of a non-resorbable cushion, consisting of an absorbent nonwoven fabric, an absorbent tape and a vapor-permeable foil, integrated with a bandage, in which the bandage contains in its structure at least one fastening element (10), wherein the bandage begins with an auxiliary pocket (5) in the form of a tunnel open on both sides with a width of not less than 5 cm, and at a distance of not less than 3 cm from the auxiliary pocket (5) there is a sleeve (6) with a width of not less than 1 cm. A compression element (7) is placed in the sleeve, wherein the edges of the sleeve openings (6) are closed over a distance of not less than 2 mm, preventing the compression element from slipping out, and the compression element (7) itself is sewn to the bandage on the side of the bandage opposite to the non-resorbable cushion, while a tourniquet (8) is located at the opposite end of the bandage.The subject of the application is also a method of manufacturing this dressing.
