Abstract

The chamber seal consisting of a seal (A), a cover (B) and a lock is characterized in that the seal (A) is a two-plane strip, the planes of which are positioned at an alpha angle to each other, and at the bend it has a round convexity (A3) in the direction of the concave angle, then the chamber (A2) runs through the entire length of the seal (A) in the central part, and from the side of the concave angle, the rebates (A1) are permanently attached to its surface at an acute angle, then the seal (A) on the floor and ceiling side is connected to the cover (B), which is a flat bar in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the legs of which have a chamfer (B2) for connecting with the edge of the seal (A), and in the central part the chamfer (B2) has a perpendicular tongue (B1) in the shape of a flat bar, shaped in the representation of the cross-section of the chamber (A2) and in the working position inserted into the chamber (A2), then from the side of the alpha angle to the seal (A) there is a lock, consisting of a flat bar with a shoulder width corresponding to the width of the seal (A), also bent at an alpha angle and permanently connected at the ends with a connector in the form of a flat bar in the shape of an equilateral triangle. The alpha angle ranges from 86 to 93 degrees. The seal (A) is made of materials such as ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, fluoroelastomer, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, or polytetrafluoroethylene. The installation method for the chamber seal consists of the following steps: aligning two adjacent walls in the target position on the floor structure and placing the cover (B) on the floor at the point of contact between the walls, then arranging and fitting the seal (A) to the transverse surfaces of the walls, then applying the cover (B), then applying the lock to the seal (A) and securing it to the transverse surfaces of the walls using screw elements, then repeating the steps for the remaining walls, and finally placing the roof.
