Pneumatic actuator

Abstract

The subject of the application is a linear pneumatic actuator comprising a cylinder, a front cover, a rear cover, a piston subassembly, and a piston rod subassembly. The cylinder (1) has the shape of a circular segment with a filling angle of 270°, the front cover (2) has a centrally located hole in which a flexible piston rod subassembly is slidably mounted, consisting of a threaded rod (7), an external spring (8), an internal spring, a cover made of elastic material (10) connecting the piston rod subassembly with the piston subassembly, the piston subassembly includes seals and a piston with a shape corresponding to the internal contour of the cylinder (1).
