Abstract
The subject of the application is a device for dosing food substances of plastic consistency, especially butter, having a reservoir and a product squeezer, which is characterized in that the reservoir (5) has a product squeezer (4) located inside it, in the zone of which a reservoir (5) for cooling the product is mounted, wherein a crusher (6) is located below the outlet of the reservoir (5), and a cutting unit is mounted under the crusher (6), and the whole is placed in a housing.
