The subject of the application is a thermal insulation microbinder containing fly ash and cement, characterized in that the amount of fly ash is in the range of 27% - 35% by weight and of cement at least 6% by weight, and additionally contains clay material in the amount of 10% to 15% by weight, flame retardants in the amount of 0.4% - 1.5% by weight and technological water to make up the composition to 100% by weight.
