Abstract

The subject of the application is a composite based on linen fabric with an aerogel layer intended especially for the palm part of a protective glove, which is characterized in that it consists of an aerogel layer, with a thickness of 2 mm to 4 mm, saturated with poly(chloro-p-xylylene), in the form of granulate with a particle size range of 0.1 - 0.7 mm, thermal conductivity of 0.012 W / m*K at a temperature of 25°C, which aerogel layer is located between two linen fabrics, also saturated with poly(chloro-p-xylylene), wherein the linen fabrics constitute a fabric with a surface mass of 145.00 - 170.00 g / m2, thickness of 0.30 - 0.50 mm and a satin weave, furthermore, on the outer surface of the linen fabric there is a poly(chloro-p-xylylene) coating with a thickness of 3 to 8 µm, on which, by using the technique A 10 to 15 µm thick aluminum layer is deposited by magnetron sputtering. The subject of the application is also a method for producing the above composite.
