Abstract
The subject of the application is a composite based on a meta-aramid fabric with an aerogel layer intended especially for the palm part of a protective glove, which is characterized in that it consists of an aerogel layer, with a thickness of 1.5 mm to 3 mm, saturated with poly(chloro-p-xylylene), in the form of granulate with a particle size range of 0.1 - 0.7 mm, thermal conductivity of 0.012 W / m*K at a temperature of 25°C, which aerogel layer is located between two meta-aramid fabrics, also saturated with poly(chloro-p-xylylene), wherein the meta-aramid fabrics are a fabric with a surface mass of 260.00 - 350.00 g / m2, a thickness of 0.42 - 0.55 mm and a twill weave of 1 / 1, furthermore, on the outer surface of the meta-aramid fabric there is a poly(chloro-p-xylylene) coating with a thickness of 0.1 - 0.7 mm, 40 to 45 µm, on which a 1 to 4 µm thick layer of aluminum is deposited using the magnetron sputtering technique.The subject of the application is also a method of producing the above composite.
