Abstract

The subject of the application is a composite based on ramie fabric with an aerogel layer intended especially for the palm part of a protective glove, which is characterized in that it consists of an aerogel layer, with a thickness of 2 mm to 4 mm, saturated with poly(chloro-p-xylylene), in the form of granulate with a particle size range of 0.1 - 0.7 mm, thermal conductivity of 0.012 W / m*K at a temperature of 25°C, which aerogel layer is located between two ramie fabrics, also saturated with poly(chloro-p-xylylene), wherein the ramie fabrics are a fabric with a surface mass of 245.00 - 270.00 g / m2, thickness of 0.62 - 0.70 mm and a twill weave of 2 / 1, furthermore, on the outer surface of the ramie fabric there is a poly(chloro-p-xylylene) coating with a thickness of 16 to 23 µm, on which by applying A 6 to 8 µm thick aluminum layer is deposited using magnetron sputtering techniques. The application also covers a method for producing the above composite.
