Method for producing lubricating greases

Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for producing spreadable fats containing natural extracts of herbs and spices that enhance health benefits, containing flavonoids, carotenoids, antioxidant compounds, including vitamin E, and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), packaged in native gases, which provides a protective barrier against autoxidation. The method for producing spreadable fats is characterized in that a base fat consisting of subcutaneous pork fat is supplemented with plant extracts based on garlic and onion oleoresin at a concentration of 10-14 g per 100 kg of fat and 500 to 700 g of salt per 100 kg of fat, and the prepared spreadable fat is packaged in an atmosphere with an oxygen content limited to 5%.
