Abstract
The organic photovoltaic cell contains an active layer with high solar radiation absorbance, placed between a top transparent ITO electrode with a thickness of 100 - 130 nm and a surface resistance of 7 - 15 Ů / sq, deposited on a substrate with a thickness of 0.6 - 1 cm, and a bottom AI electrode with a thickness of 120 - 160 nm. The active layer has a thickness of 60 - 110 nm and contains poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as donor 1, [6,6]-phenyl-c71-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) as acceptor and 2-cyano-3-[4-[4-(2,2-diphenylethenyl)phenyl]-1,2,3,3a,4,8b-hexahydrocyclopent[b]indol-7-yl]-2-propenoic acid (Dye131) as donor 2. The weight ratio of the sum of the donor components P3HT and Dye131 to the acceptor component PCBM is 1:1, and the amount of each individual component in the form of P3HT or Dye131 in the total of donor components is from 44% to 56% by weight. The method of producing an organic photovoltaic cell consists in dissolving P3HT, Dye131 and PCBM separately, in the amount of 10 mg / µl each, mixing them and applying them by spin-coating in an argon atmosphere onto the upper transparent electrode in the form of a purified ITO substrate, and in the final stage evaporating the lower electrode with AI.
