Abstract

The subject of the application is a segmented house (1), consisting of segments (2) with insulation, which segments (2) consist of a floor (3), exterior walls (4), interior walls, and a flat roof (5). The segments (2) are connected so that the structure of each is load-bearing and rigid. The exterior walls (4) may contain doors (7) or windows (8), and the segments (2) also have a load-bearing framework and footings. A characteristic feature is that the segments (2) are connected to each other using screws (9) operating in worm gears connected to motors. Additionally, the footings on which the segments (2) rest on the ground are steel and are automatically adjustable, with at least four on each segment (2).
