Coulter for liquid organic fertilizers

Abstract

The subject of the application is a coulter for liquid organic fertilizers comprising a frame on which are located, in sequence, a cutting disc, a spreading tube, and a harrowing disc. The coulter is characterized in that between the cutting disc (2) and the spreading tube (3) there is a rod (5) with a set of wheels (6), a shaft mounted in a hub, and a drive unit (9a). The first star wheel (61) has rotating working fingers (64) along its circumference, wherein the working fingers (64) are on arms (65), and the arms (65) are mounted on the second star wheel (62). The coulter enables the delivery of fertilizer to a greater depth and in the vicinity of plant root systems without disturbing the soil structure.
