The subject of the application is a method of foot care using a liquid and / or gas and a foot care device. The method of care involves applying frictional force to the feet immersed in a bath, using a pressurized liquid with rotating friction elements, while simultaneously applying pressured gas from the bottom or side of the bath.The foot care device consists of a vessel (1) open at the top, mounted on legs, in the lower part of which a sieve (2) with through holes (3) is interchangeably mounted, dividing the vessel (1) horizontally into two spaces: an upper space (4) filled with liquid (5) with friction elements (6) and a lower space (7) filled only with liquid (5), and a vertically arranged partition wall (8) separating from the vessel (1) a space in which there is at least one suction-pressure pump (9), which by sucking the liquid (5) with friction elements (6) from the bottom of the upper space (4) and pressing it under pressure into the upper part of the bath space (4) causes the liquid (5) with friction elements (6) to swirl in the working space of the vessel (1), and this pressure is regulated by a throttle (10) coupled to the pump (9).Outside the vessel (1) there is a gas bath aeration system, consisting of at least one blower (11), which, via a choke (12) regulating the amount of gas pumped, pipes (13) through nozzles (14), pumps gas into the lower (7) and upper (4) spaces of the vessel (1), and the outlet of the pipe (13) is terminated with a drain valve (15), which is part of the liquid drainage system (5).
