Abstract

The subject of the application is a covering element (1, 2, 3, 4) intended for modular assembly around a roof window frame, being a quadrangular sheet metal element, composed of a covering wall having two side edges (8) and an upper edge (6) and a lower edge (7), characterized in that at the upper edge (6) there is at least one base embossment (9) and the side edge (8) has at least one connector (81) of the covering element with another covering element in a modular connection and a covering frame composed of interconnected covering elements, and the application also concerns a method of assembling this frame around a roof window.
