Method for fastening a ring-shaped blade and a tangential-rotary knife for rock cutting

Abstract

The method of mounting the ring blade via a holder permanently attached to the knife shaft consists in heating the knife blade (1) from 200°C to 250°C, mounting it on the tip of the knife shaft (2), cooling it to ambient temperature, and then heating the holder (4) from 300°C to 400°C and mounting it on the knife blade (1). The tangential-rotary knife for rock mining equipped with a rotation system, a turbine rotor with blades and a set of confusor nozzles is characterized in that it is equipped with a spray nozzle (17) containing from 3 to 6 outlet holes (17a) made in a twisted direction relative to the knife axis, a blade (1) having a conical shoulder on which the shoulder of the holder rests, and a knife shaft (2) on which contrasting longitudinal stripes are applied, preferably placed in grooves.
