Abstract
The method of mounting a sintered carbide blade by means of a holder inseparably connected to the knife shank consists in that the blade (1) is mounted in a form-fitting manner in the holder (3) so that longitudinal grooves (1a) are made in the conical side surface of the pillar-shaped blade (1) with a depth increasing towards the base of the cone, then the holder (3) is heated to the softening temperature, preferably 650°C and applied to the blade (1) under a longitudinal load N by a presser (4) until partial flashes of the softened material of the holder (3) occur, a circumferential weld (6) is made, while the longitudinal load of the holder (3) is maintained until the weld (6) hardens and the holder (3) cools down.A tangential-rotary cutter for cutting hard rocks having a water turbine rotor with blades and a set of confusor nozzles is characterized in that the water turbine rotor is connected to the cutter shaft (2), which is closed on the side of the cutter shaft (2) with a disc and equipped with profile blades, the number of which is a multiple of the number of confusor nozzles, preferably three, evenly distributed on the circumference, placed in the cutter holder (9) and supplied with water under pressure p supplied through connections, wherein the profile blades have the shape of an involute curve unwound from a circle corresponding to the average diameter of the rotor core, the blade (1) mounted in the cutter shaft (2) is fastened by means of a holder (3), is made in a conical form with a conical angle of 6° to 8° and has 4 to 6 longitudinal grooves (1a) connected by a circumferential channel (8) with holes (2b) connected to the central water channel (2a).
