Abstract
The subject of the application is a mounting rail for firearms, pneumatic weapons, and ASG (Air Soft Gun—firearm replicas), used to quickly and accurately connect optical devices to the weapon. The main element of the rail is the stock (1), in which the scope rail is placed. After the scope rail is placed in the stock (1), it is clamped by discs (4), which are pressed against the scope rail by cams on the tabs (2). The tabs (2) are pivotally mounted on vertical axes (5) mounted in arms (3), which are positioned in holes (7) in the stock (1). The arms (3) are in the form of rods mounted in holes (7) in the elongated stock (1), with the boom rod (3) positioned in the hole (7) such that, in the assembled state, the axes (5) of the tabs (2) are vertical. The discs (4) are mounted on the arms (3) in a sliding manner and are kept in contact with the flap cams (2) at all times, which is ensured by two pressure springs placed in the sockets (9) in the bed (1).A pusher for pushing out one of the flaps (2) is slidably positioned in the mounting rail transversely to the axis of the elongated bed (1). One end of the pusher, when assembled, protrudes from the bed (1) of the mounting rail on the opposite side of the flap (2), and the other end is located on the side of the flap (2), just adjacent to its inner surface. The flaps (2) have protrusions (6) on their free ends, which protrude from the wall of the bed (1), facilitating their deflection. The cross-section of the boom rod (3) is circular, with a guide fin (11) located on the boom (3), and in the hole (7) in the bed (1) on the sides there are recesses (8) on both sides of the hole (7) in the bed (1) along its length. The guide fin (11) is mounted on the boom (3) horizontally, in the middle of its diameter on both sides of the boom (3). Preferably, the guide fin (11) is a needle of a needle bearing.
