Multi-tool system, in particular for forging, and a forging method using the system

Abstract

The subject of the application is a multi-tool system, particularly for forging, and a method of forging using the system. The multi-tool system, particularly for forging, comprises a robotic arm (1) and a spatial frame (2) within which tool sockets (3) for forging devices are designated. The spatial frame (2) comprises at least two tool sockets (3), each of which has a locking and positioning mechanism for the device (4) in its lower section. The robotic arm (1) comprises a first (10) coupling part, and the device (4) comprises a second (11) coupling part in the tool sockets (3). The technical cables for the devices are routed through an external guide (12) embedded within the spatial frame (2) of the system.
