Sieve element of a tubular heat exchanger and its use

Abstract

The subject of the application is a screen element of a tubular heat exchanger and its use. The screen element of a tubular heat exchanger comprises at least three zones of tube openings. The first zone (I) is located in the central part of the screen element and comprises openings (A') whose centers lie at the vertices of a first equilateral triangle, and openings (A") whose centers lie at the vertices of a second equilateral triangle defined outside the first equilateral triangle, and openings (A"') whose centers lie on the sides of a third equilateral triangle defined outside the second equilateral triangle, said openings (A") whose centers lie at the vertices of the second equilateral triangle and openings (A'") whose centers lie on the sides of the third equilateral triangle being situated around the openings (A') whose centers lie at the vertices of the first equilateral triangle.The second zone is located behind the first zone (I) towards the periphery of the sieve member around the first zone (I), and the third zone is located behind the second zone towards the periphery of the sieve member around the second zone.
