Abstract

The subject of the application is a selective peptide sequence of formula 1 and its use in anticancer therapy, a peptide linker selectively hydrolyzed by prolyl oligopeptidase mal-amido-PEG2-Phe(2-Cl)-Cha-Met-Pro-PABC-MMAE of formula 1 characterized in that it contains a selective peptide sequence of formula 1 and its use in anticancer therapy. The application also relates to an antibody-cytotoxic drug conjugate of formula Ac-Phe(2Cl)-Cha-Met-Pro-PABC-MMAE characterized in that it contains a selective peptide sequence of formula 1, a cytotoxic drug, and its use in anticancer therapy.
