UV radiation-curable topcoat

Abstract

The subject of the application is a UV-curable topcoat containing a polymer base, photoinitiators, and auxiliaries. This topcoat is characterized in that the polymer base comprises: amine-modified polyetheracrylate, at a concentration of 10% to 20% by weight, bio-based polyester-acrylate resin, at a concentration of 5% to 10% by weight, acrylated oligoamine, at a concentration of 15% to 20% by weight, and pentaerythritol tetraacrylate, at a concentration of 35% to 50% by weight, while the photoinitiators are: phenylbis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide, at a concentration of up to 2% by weight. And a polymeric derivative of aminobenzene, in a concentration of 5% to 10% by weight, a photoinitiator from the low-migration group, being a mixture of 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone and ethyl mesitylcarbonyl(phenyl)phosphinate, in a concentration of up to 4% by weight, while the auxiliary agents are: A polymerization inhibitor based on propoxylated glycerol triacrylate, in a concentration of up to 2% by weight.And silicone acrylate, free-radical cross-linkable, in a concentration of up to 2% by mass.
