Conveyor belt and a method for its manufacture

Abstract

The subject of the application is a conveyor belt and a method of manufacturing it. Optimal conveyor systems with detachable and non-detachable connections consisting of rolled flat belts or standard toothed belts with a supporting layer made of elastomer, cooperating with pulleys, supplemented with a covering or a continuous conveyor belt with or without a supporting layer, or a conveyor belt in the form of rigid segments made by extrusion are characterized in that the modular structures of the conveyor systems consist of separate rolled semi-finished toothed belts (5), coverings (4) with special configurations and are made of a thin elastomer layer (3) on the outer side of the supporting layers (2), and the finished roll product contains the toothed belts (5) with or without supporting layers (2) and coverings (4) necessary for operation in the conveyor system,at the same time, the connections of the rolled semi-finished products to each other and in endless length are selected depending on the requirements of the transport system, wherein the contacts of the supporting layers (2) are connected in each connection zone and arranged along the width and length of the transport system and all supporting layers (2) of the semi-finished products, as well as additional supporting layers, are arranged as close to each other vertically as possible, creating a scale of the transport system, guaranteeing precise cooperation of the belt teeth (5) with the pulley teeth (6),
